This program is for aspiring USTA tournament players and high school players looking to take their game to the next level. This is an intense 1-hour 45-minute clinic with 45 minutes of fitness. This program has low coach to player ratios and provides out-of-basket technical work as well as point and match play. Ages 8-18. Serious players of all ages playing or looking to play multiple times a week!
Under 11 years old: 4:00pm - 5:45pm (fitness 5:45pm - 6:30pm)
12 - 14 years old: 5:45pm (fitness 5:00pm - 5:45pm)
14 - 18 years old 7:30pm - 9:15pm (fitness 6:45pm - 7:30pm)
12 - 14 years old: 3:00 - 4:45pm (no fitness)
for players beginning the game of tennis or learning to improve their game! Core Training focuses on the fundamentals of tennis including footwork, physical conditioning, out of basket drills and building the foundation to progress to Tournament Training and match play.

This is a program for young players learning the game of tennis with the goal of future progression. We will focus on instilling a love for tennis while introducing proper grips, hand-eye coordination, and technique. The balls used are age appropriate based on the USTA pathways guidelines. Clinics are 1 hour and a half. Ages 5-10.
